(9) 您不得出于损害佳能、其子公司和关联公司以及任何授权人的形象的目的使用或拷贝内容数据,也不得允许或使任何第三方进行此类活动。

除非本协议明确允许或授权的情况外,并在法律特别许可的范围内,否则您不得租赁、出租、再许可、借予、销售、让渡、让与、转让、拷贝、复制、修改、改编、合并、翻译、转换为另一种程序语言,也不得对本官方许可软件进行其他反向工程,不得汇编、改变、反编译以及基于全部或部分本软件制作衍生品,您也不得许可任何第三方实施上述行为或使用本官方许可软件。
